NOTAN receive award from Sir James Knott Foundation
27th March 2019

NOTAN announce the receipt £5,000 from the Sir James Knott Trust (SJKT) in recognition of our work with young people through sport.

The award was made possible by Viv Stapley, a supporter of athletics in our region, and a volunteer at our Winter Handicap event. At last year's AGM and Volunteers Night, Viv approached me enquiring about our summer grand prix event. That Christmas, she announced her retirement from SJKT, and recommended NOTAN for an award.

We are delighted to have now received a cheque of £5000 towards the future athletics provision for young people. Thank you, Viv and the SJKT.
